Monthly Sound Bowls Experience
Join us for a monthly community Sound Bowls Experience. Free to the public. No registration necessary! From November through March, we’ll be at Fresno Flats on the first Sunday of the month from 3:00-4:00pm.

If you’d like to sit/lie on the floor, bring a blanket & pillow. Floor space is limited, so arrive early! Otherwise there will be chairs. Children under 15 and pets are not allowed in these sessions.

Private Sound Bowls Sessions
Having an event or retreat? Book a sound bowls session for the group. The session includes an overview of how crystal sound bowls can help heal, a chakra alignment, then a full sound bath. We close with the Metta Meditation/Loving Kindness blessing.
